Accessing your account is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide to sign in and start engaging with the platform:

Visit dashboard.platodata.io. Navigate to our homepage using your preferred web browser.

Locate the "Sign In" or "Login" button,

Enter Your Credentials

On the sign-in page, enter your registered emAil address and password in the designated fields. If you've linked your account to a social media platform or another service, you may also have the option to sign in through those services.

Remember Me (Optional)

For convenience, you can check the "Remember Me" option if you'd like your device to keep you signed in. Use this feature only on personal devices for security reasons.

Trouble Signing In.  If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in for any reason, look for a "Forgot Password?" or the "Trouble Signing In?" link. Following this link will guide you through the process of resetting your password or resolving login issues.

After entering your credentials, click the "Sign In" button to access your account.

How it Works

Token Management: Depending on which package you have subscribed too, you will automatically receive use tokens every month to use across the platform.  As you perform Ai Tasks, you will be able to see the number of tokens that are consumed and deducted from your available tokens.

Document & Content Management:

All created content can be found in your documents folder accessible from the left main menu. You will also be able to see how many tokens each process consumed along with the ability to edit and download to your local folder.
